Civil war open turret day
The 79th New York Civil War reenactors have joined the museum for another open
turret day and brought their exciting display of uniforms and equipment from the
most pivotal period in US history. The 79th is the most active living history
organization in our area and it’s an honor to work with them whenever the
opportunity arrives.

Flames of War
The flames continue to grow with wargames held every Wednesday night. Here,
various patrons and volunteers test their leadership skills on a small
battlefield handcrafted each week by a volunteer. The game is played on a 15mm
(1/100th) scale where “commanders” can call in air, artillery, and divisional
support just to name a few features. The forces played include the German,
American, British, and Soviet armies. Each country has unique tanks, weapons and
a different doctrine for you to master. Come join us!

Mobile Exhibit Update:
We have continued to move along with the Mobile Exhibit Project, the latest
addition is the decorative lettering which states the purpose and sponsors of the vehicle.
