Large Book Collection Donated

The personal Collection of the late Harry Warfield, numbering over 6000 books, has been donated to the museum library. With a majority being military history titles, this will be a massive addition to our already considerable collection. It took volunteers over a dozen car loads over the period of a few weeks, to pick up the collection. Thanks to Mr. Warfield family's generosity we can safely say that we have a truly significant resource.  History scholars from great distances will seek access to this one of a kind collection of knowledge.  In the picture above, you see Museum Volunteer Nick Eliot, showing off a portion of the donation.
